Application
It is suitable to be used in manufacturing rubbing parts workin high PV condition(220Kg.M/cm2s), like seal/support ringson hydraulic cylinders, sealing surfaces for large valves, andaxle bushings.
Design Introduction
Containing lots of metallic filling and modifiers, DF-105 has high metal content, so it has excellent heat conduction performance, stable dimension, is abrasionproof. It is the type with highest compressive strength among all DF series materials.

Suitable for high PV value requirements (≥20Kg.M/cm2.s) Friction parts that work under working conditions.Such as hydraulic cylinder sealing ring, support ring, large valve sealing surface and bushing, etc.
